
Summer brought some great changes to Purely Pilates! We added a new instructor to our amazing staff and introduced a yoga class!
We are thrilled to introduce our newest Purely Pilates instructor, Wendy Lamb. Wendy enhances our staff at Purely Pilates with her strong background in dance and a degree in Kinesiology.
Yoga gives people the ability to build strength in both body and mind. This ancient art of breath and movement allows people to find balance in themselves.
Yoga Instructor: Kerrie Cason teaches in both Hatha and Vinyasa Flow style. She uses a variety of music to influence the energy of her classes and uses different sequences of asana poses that flow together, allowing the student to explore new strengths.
